Unit2Grammar
Shefoundthedoorbrokeninwhenshecameback.
Mygrandfatherhadhisoldhouserebuilt.
Theykeptthedoorlockedforalongtime.
Dontleavethewindowsbrokenlikethisallthetime.
Ihavehadmybikerepaired.
Thevillagershadmanytreesplantedjustthen.
Myeldersisterhadherwalletstolenonabuslastmonth.
Theoldmanhadhiswristbrokenintheacccident.
Iraisedmyvoicetomakemyselfheard.
Theymanagedtomakethemselvesunder-stoodusingverysimpleEnglish.
Whenwegottoschool,wesawthedoorlocked.
Wecanhearthewindowsbeatenbytheheavyraindrops.

Iwantthesuitmadetohisownmeasure.
Myparentsexpectedmetobewell-preparedfortheentranceexamination.
Thethiefwasbroughtinwithhishandstiedbehindhisback.
Withmanybrightly-colouredflowersplantedaroundthebuilding,hishouselookslikeabeautifulgarden.

1.注意連接詞that與what的區(qū)別:
Seetheflagsontopofthebuilding?Thatwaswhatwedidthismorning.(what作did的邏輯賓語)
2.注意連接詞whether與if的區(qū)別:
Thequestioniswhetherhewillacceptourinvitationandcometoourparty.(whether引導(dǎo)表語從句,一般不用if代替)
有些連接詞如that,which,where,when等,既可引導(dǎo)名詞性從句又可引導(dǎo)定語從句;還有些連接詞如what,whatever等,不能引導(dǎo)定語從句。

1.注意連接詞that與what的區(qū)別:
Seetheflagsontopofthebuilding?Thatwaswhatwedidthismorning.(what作did的邏輯賓語)
2.注意連接詞whether與if的區(qū)別:
苫Q,但介詞后的賓語從句只能用whether引導(dǎo);此外,whether后可直接用ornot,if則不行。如:
Thequestioniswhetherhewillacceptourinvitationandcometoourparty.(whether引導(dǎo)表語從句,一般不用if代替)
有些連接詞如that,which,where,when等,既可引導(dǎo)名詞性從句又可引導(dǎo)定語從句;還有些連接詞如what,whatever等,不能引導(dǎo)定語從句。
