1when的用法作連詞,意為“當…….時”,用來引導一個時間狀語從句。從句的謂語動詞通常用一般現(xiàn)在時或一般過去時。與主句所描述的動作、事情可同時進行,也可有先后。當由when引導的時間狀語從句位于主句之前時,句中要加逗號。Eg:WhenIwasnineyearsold,Ilearnttoswim.=IlearnttoswimwhenIwasnineyearsold.我9歲的時候學習的游泳。Eg:Ifeelhappywhenyoucometoseeme.=Whenyoucometoseeme,Ifeelhappy.你們來看我時,我感到很高興。
2.usedto與didnotuseto用法①usedto意為“過去常常”,其中的to是不定式符號,其后接動詞原形。Eg:Heusedtoworkinafactory.他過去一直工作在工廠。注:由于usedto表示不確定的過去,因此不能與確定的過去時間狀語連用,也不能與since或for連用以表示動作或狀態(tài)的延續(xù)。②usedto作為情態(tài)動詞,它的基本結構:肯定句:usedto+動詞原型Eg:Iusedtogofishingattheweekend.我過去一直在周末釣魚。否定句:didnot/didn’tuseto+動詞原型Eg:Ididnotuse/didn’tusetogofishingattheweekend.疑問句:Did+主語+useto+動詞原形Eg:Didyouusetogofishingattheweekend?注:usedto通常不能與表示具體次數(shù)(如:once,twice,threetimes等)或一段時間的詞或短語(twodays,threeweeks等)連用。Eg:IusedtogotoParisthreetimes.(錯)IhavebeentoParisthreetimes.(正確)我去過巴黎3次。
