totellyou由to+動詞原形構(gòu)成的動詞不定式,在句中作定語,放在被修飾的名詞或供詞之后。如:DoyouknowthebestwaytolearnEnglishwell?你知道學(xué)習英語的最佳方法嗎?
動詞不定式還有以下用法:
①作主語,這種結(jié)構(gòu)的句子中,常用it作形式主語,真正的主語是動詞不定式。如:Itwilltaketheworkersabouttwomonthstofinishthework.工人們將花費大約兩個月的時間來完成這項任務(wù)。
②作表語中。用在be動詞之后,如:Yourdutyistokeeptheclassroomcleaneveryday.你的任務(wù)是每天保持課室干凈。
③作賓語。用在及物動詞之后。在動詞love,plan,want,decide等后常接動詞不定式作賓語。如:HewantstohavearestathomethisSunday.這個星期天,他想在休息。
④作賓語補足語,用在賓語之后,對賓語補充說明。如:Kangkangaskedmetobooktwoticketsfortonight.康康讓我去訂兩張今晚的票。
2.findout“查明,發(fā)現(xiàn)”,指通過認真觀察、調(diào)查或研究后才發(fā)現(xiàn)某事或某物。如:Pleasereadthemapandfindoutwherethepostofficeis.請看地圖并找出郵局在哪里。
