(一)課文內(nèi)容:本課的標(biāo)題是Twogeniuses,圍繞天才愛(ài)因斯坦和他的司機(jī)漢斯的一段軼事,組織學(xué)生開(kāi)展語(yǔ)言知識(shí)點(diǎn)學(xué)習(xí)的一系列活動(dòng)。學(xué)生已于前一課時(shí)對(duì)課文內(nèi)容有了較全面的理解,也跟讀了新單詞,為本課時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
(二)課前準(zhǔn)備:要求學(xué)生了解愛(ài)因斯坦的更多事跡和喜歡的天才的事跡,為語(yǔ)言知識(shí)點(diǎn)的導(dǎo)入和運(yùn)用做好背景知識(shí)準(zhǔn)備;跟讀了新單詞。

--英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)法課堂中讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)思考
一.教學(xué)背景分析
(一)教學(xué)課型:英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)法課
(二)學(xué)生分析:本案例的教學(xué)對(duì)象是初中三年級(jí)學(xué)生。經(jīng)過(guò)初中階段兩年的學(xué)習(xí),要面對(duì)中考升學(xué)的壓力,學(xué)生已經(jīng)有較明確的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)。但到了初三學(xué)年,學(xué)生的兩極分化嚴(yán)重。全班四十三人,四十分以下的占有15人。這部分學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的畏懼感增加,基本失去了學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。
(三)教材分析:Twogeniuses是牛津深圳版初中英語(yǔ)九年級(jí)全一冊(cè)Chapter8的一篇課文。本單元要掌握的重點(diǎn)語(yǔ)法是反意疑問(wèn)句。該語(yǔ)法點(diǎn)在本單元的閱讀內(nèi)容中出現(xiàn)的不多,但反意疑問(wèn)句在中考考試大綱中卻是一個(gè)必考內(nèi)容。同時(shí),該語(yǔ)法要識(shí)記的語(yǔ)法規(guī)則比較多,要使學(xué)生掌握該語(yǔ)法點(diǎn)就顯得比較困難了。龍崗區(qū)教研室針對(duì)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn)推行各種課型的教學(xué),如聽(tīng)說(shuō)課型、閱讀課型、寫(xiě)作課型、語(yǔ)法課型、詞匯課型、復(fù)習(xí)課型。本課是作為語(yǔ)法課型進(jìn)行教學(xué)。
(四)設(shè)計(jì)思路:傳統(tǒng)的語(yǔ)法教學(xué)注重的是教師的“教”,忽略了學(xué)生“學(xué)”的中心,學(xué)生一味地被強(qiáng)迫接受知識(shí),學(xué)習(xí)效果低下。面臨這樣的背景,并根據(jù)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)存在的問(wèn)題,我把全班分成14個(gè)組,每組三個(gè)成員:A、B、C(成績(jī)?yōu)楹谩⒅?、差)。課前制定明確的預(yù)習(xí)任務(wù),并設(shè)計(jì)預(yù)習(xí)反饋練習(xí)。A同學(xué)經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)習(xí)后對(duì)本課時(shí)內(nèi)容有了一定掌握,但對(duì)特殊語(yǔ)法規(guī)則還不太明了。B、C同學(xué)經(jīng)過(guò)預(yù)習(xí),也對(duì)將要學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容有了一定的了解。本課時(shí)通過(guò)把反意疑問(wèn)句的各種句型制作成撲克牌,讓B、C同學(xué)在A同學(xué)的幫助下,組員之間通過(guò)積極主動(dòng)思考各種語(yǔ)法現(xiàn)象,共同完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。借助熟悉的撲克牌游戲激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。

二.教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)
(一)課前教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備
1、知識(shí)貯備:Writedownthenegativesentencesoftheoriginalsentences;finishsomespecificexerciseandthenconcludetherulesofnegativesentences.
(設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明):從根本上說(shuō),反意疑問(wèn)句要解決的首要問(wèn)題就是句子的否定形式。在授新課前讓學(xué)生完成各種類(lèi)型句子的否定句,如含有be動(dòng)詞、情態(tài)動(dòng)詞、一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)、一般過(guò)去時(shí)、完成時(shí)的否定句等。為了讓學(xué)生更好地掌握反意疑問(wèn)句的用法,設(shè)計(jì)了這一個(gè)知識(shí)貯備,學(xué)生有了這一知識(shí)鋪墊,就易于了解反意疑問(wèn)句的根本內(nèi)涵。
2、課前預(yù)習(xí):Previewpage109,theusageofquestiontags,andfinishtheexercisebeforeclass.
(設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明):“凡事預(yù)則立,不預(yù)則廢”。認(rèn)真預(yù)習(xí)對(duì)學(xué)好英語(yǔ)、培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)能力都是十分重要的一環(huán)。只有這樣,才能使我們積極參加課堂語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng),才能達(dá)到有目的、有重點(diǎn)地識(shí)記各種語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象,從而提高語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。學(xué)生對(duì)自己該預(yù)習(xí)什么,預(yù)習(xí)多少內(nèi)容都不清楚就達(dá)不到預(yù)習(xí)的效果。為了讓學(xué)生更好地進(jìn)行預(yù)習(xí),以及檢查他們預(yù)習(xí)效果,我布置了明確的預(yù)習(xí)任務(wù),并且設(shè)置了預(yù)習(xí)反饋同步練習(xí)讓學(xué)生自評(píng),以便學(xué)習(xí)積極地進(jìn)行課前思考。通過(guò)預(yù)習(xí)以及完成預(yù)習(xí)反饋這一前提,A學(xué)習(xí)已基本掌握反意疑問(wèn)句的一般規(guī)律,B、C同學(xué)也已對(duì)這一語(yǔ)法現(xiàn)象有所了解。這為課堂上A、B、C同學(xué)之間通過(guò)積極思考,通力合作,共同完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
(二)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié):
Step1:Lead-in

(設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明):以聽(tīng)歌的形式有效地導(dǎo)入主題使學(xué)生感到學(xué)習(xí)的任務(wù)很輕松,喚起學(xué)生潛在的好奇心,并且借此歌曲引出反意疑問(wèn)句“Itisabeautifulsong,isn’tit?”,從而讓學(xué)生初步感知反意疑問(wèn)句的結(jié)構(gòu)。
Step2:Demonstrationofthegame.

(設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明):把“Nothingisimpossible,isit?”“Givemeapen,won’tyou?”“I’mlate,aren’tI”三個(gè)特殊的反意疑問(wèn)句的question和tag分別以特大的卡片貼在黑板上,老師在全班學(xué)生的協(xié)助下進(jìn)行配對(duì)游戲。一方面,向?qū)W生示演示了游戲的操作規(guī)則;另一方面,隨著老師和學(xué)生一起完成三個(gè)具有特殊構(gòu)成規(guī)則的反意疑問(wèn)句,也是讓學(xué)生初步思考兩個(gè)不同的question和tag如何才能配對(duì)成功,這樣學(xué)生就會(huì)不自覺(jué)地尋找兩個(gè)句子的相似點(diǎn)。此活動(dòng)使A同學(xué)對(duì)此語(yǔ)法現(xiàn)象有了更深的認(rèn)識(shí)。B、C層次的學(xué)生就算不能內(nèi)化這一規(guī)則,但至少已經(jīng)觀察到這一特殊結(jié)構(gòu),這一步驟就為了接下來(lái)的配對(duì)撲克牌游戲做出了良好的鋪墊。

(設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明):反意疑問(wèn)句的構(gòu)成規(guī)則很多,一般的容易記,特殊的比較復(fù)雜,不易識(shí)記。把各種語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象設(shè)計(jì)成卡片形式,讓學(xué)生以小組形式完成日常生活中常見(jiàn)的撲克配對(duì)游戲,以達(dá)到讓學(xué)生在輕松、愉快的環(huán)境中思考和學(xué)習(xí)的目的。制作的該游戲卡選用的都是反意疑問(wèn)句最典型的例子,也是學(xué)生在中學(xué)階段必須掌握的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),此游戲卡具有代表性。
游戲規(guī)則:每個(gè)小組由A、B和C同學(xué)組成。B和C同學(xué)分別拿6張含有questions的牌?分別在12張tags牌中找出相對(duì)應(yīng)的tag,而A同學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)將配對(duì)成功的反意疑問(wèn)句寫(xiě)在紙上以備下一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的觀察和總結(jié)規(guī)律。此環(huán)節(jié)通過(guò)配對(duì)游戲的形式讓學(xué)生自己尋找相對(duì)應(yīng)的反意疑問(wèn)句,此配對(duì)過(guò)程中每一小組的同學(xué)都要思考所選擇的牌是否正確,勢(shì)必要思考相對(duì)應(yīng)的question和tag所具有的相似點(diǎn)和規(guī)律。通過(guò)這一思考過(guò)程學(xué)生對(duì)反意疑問(wèn)句的構(gòu)成規(guī)律就有了進(jìn)一步的了解。而且,通過(guò)這種形式的小組合作,學(xué)生之間可以互幫互助,為了完成同一任務(wù)而進(jìn)行優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ),基礎(chǔ)差的學(xué)生在基礎(chǔ)好的同學(xué)帶動(dòng)下也在進(jìn)行積極思考,認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí);再則,小組間在進(jìn)行良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的同時(shí)也激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性。此外,小組內(nèi)通過(guò)積極思考而完成的這個(gè)配對(duì)任務(wù),也為下一個(gè)總結(jié)規(guī)律的任務(wù)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。

(設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明):經(jīng)過(guò)前一環(huán)節(jié)學(xué)生在玩游戲中完成的反意疑問(wèn)句,全班一起檢查這12個(gè)句子答案,觀察這些句子前后的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。全班大部分同學(xué)對(duì)反意疑問(wèn)句的構(gòu)成方式有了一定了解。本環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)是為了讓學(xué)生對(duì)該語(yǔ)法的各種構(gòu)成現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的思考,以便形成規(guī)則。初中學(xué)生要總結(jié)語(yǔ)法的規(guī)則還有一定困難,老師讓各種規(guī)則的總結(jié)以填空的形式分類(lèi)呈現(xiàn),方便學(xué)生總結(jié)。根據(jù)12個(gè)句子學(xué)生思考其構(gòu)成規(guī)則,接著老師針對(duì)某一現(xiàn)象設(shè)計(jì)相應(yīng)的練習(xí),對(duì)總結(jié)的規(guī)則進(jìn)行即時(shí)內(nèi)化。這一環(huán)節(jié),學(xué)生再次思考反意疑問(wèn)句的各種構(gòu)成規(guī)則,通過(guò)思考過(guò)程推動(dòng)不自覺(jué)的記憶過(guò)程。
