英語作為外來語言,學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)肯定會碰到困難,學(xué)生之間也表現(xiàn)出差異性,我們首先要正視這種差異。因?yàn)橛辛诉@種差異,我們的課堂才豐富多彩;盡管學(xué)生之間有差異,但在學(xué)習(xí)時(shí),都有一種“愿被老師肯定”的愿望。因此在英語課上我全力肯定學(xué)生的一切努力,保護(hù)激勵(lì)學(xué)生的一切創(chuàng)造欲和嘗試。我以不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評價(jià)不同層次的學(xué)生,對學(xué)生的課堂活動(dòng)都給予發(fā)自內(nèi)心的贊賞,肯定他們的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步,“Youaresoclever.”“Thatsagoodboy.”“Howlovelyyouare.”“Thatsgreat.”“Welldone”等真誠地稱贊他們。學(xué)生從我的舉手投足中感受到了我對他們的愛意和鼓勵(lì)性評價(jià),體會到了自己的價(jià)值,樹立了參與課堂活動(dòng)的信心。因?yàn)槲覀兊恼n堂需要全體學(xué)生的積極參與。
