教材分析
采集與制作標本,包括兩部分內容,植物標本和昆蟲標本,生物標本的采集和制作方法是學生應該掌握的生物基本技能之一。本節(jié)教學通過讓學生嘗試制作植物標本和昆蟲標本,掌握標本的采集和制作方法,訓練學生的動手能力,培養(yǎng)學生對生物科學的興趣及熱愛大自然的情感。教學重點是采集和制作標本的基本方法。
學生分析
學生對采集生物標本很感興趣,在郊游等野外活動中,很多同學采集過花草,捕捉過各種昆蟲,并想保存這些動植物。但因為采集與制作動植物標本的知識欠缺,方法不正確,達不到預期的效果。所以學生很希望了解這方面的知識,有學習的積極性。這就需要教師很好地引導他們在原有經(jīng)驗的基礎上,上升為理性認識,掌握科學的采集與制作動植物標本的方法。
設計理念
本節(jié)課從學生的實踐入手,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,解決問題,并上升為理性認識,然后通過再實踐,讓學生掌握采集和制作生物標本的科學方法,提高科學實踐能力和生物科學素養(yǎng)。該課設計突出體現(xiàn)學生的主體地位,培養(yǎng)學生的主體意識。
教學目標
知識性目標1、描述采集與制作植物標本的基本方法。
2、描述制作昆蟲標本的方法。
技能性目標1、嘗試制作植物標本。
2、嘗試制作昆蟲標本。
情感性目標1、確立熱愛大自然的情感。
2、養(yǎng)成樂于探索、勇于實踐、團結協(xié)作的精神。
3、關注人與自然的和諧發(fā)展,形成環(huán)境保護意識。
課時安排
本節(jié)內容為兩課時,分別講植物標本和昆蟲標本。
教學準備(第一課時)
教師:1、各種采集工具:采集筒標本夾枝剪等。
2、植物蠟葉標本、浸制標本及昆蟲標本。
3、課前布置學生查閱資料,了解采集制作植物標本的方法。以小組為單位完成采集制作過程。并強調要注意安全和有關事項。
學生:自己采集和制作的植物標本。

第一課時植物標本

展示學生采集制作的植物標本,(可使用實物投影儀)
組織學生交流采集情況。
了解各小組在采集標本時,所帶工具極其用途,當時缺少什么工具,用什么替代的。
出示采集筒、標本夾、枝剪等,簡述用法。
啟發(fā)學生介紹:
采集活動中最有趣的事;
值得別人借鑒的事;

設問:應該采集植物的哪一部分作為標本更好,你是怎樣采集的?
明確:對草本植物,要盡可能采根、莖、葉、花、果實、種子齊全的植株。
對木本植物要采一段帶有莖、葉、花或果實的枝條。
教師出示幾種標本,并提出問題:這些標本都生活在什么環(huán)境中?哪一株標本是哪一位同學采集到的?請匯報一下。
提示學生:采集標本時別忘記給標本掛號牌和做好采集記錄。
強調采集記錄一定要在采集時完成,不可以采用追記方式。
指導學生參照教材“探究竟”3、4內容,并檢查自己所做的標本,找出不足和存在的問題。
組織交流、討論。
找出幾份整理后的標本展示,點評、表揚、鼓勵。
提出問題并引導學生分析
如果發(fā)現(xiàn)珍稀植物是否應該多采集一些,以便珍藏或用來研究?
其它植物枝條也要盡量多折一些,以便在制作過程中進行選擇。這樣做對不對?
讓學生歸納總結標本的采集過程和制作步驟。
以上學習制作的是植物的臘葉標本,除此之外,保存植物標本的方法你還見過哪些?
展示浸制標本,激發(fā)興趣,讓學生課后查閱資料,了解其制作方法,有機會同學之間在一起進行交流。
讓學生想一想都在什么地方見到過植物標本,不同場所的標本各有什么作用。
小結
引導學生對本節(jié)課進行知識、能力、情感方面的小結。
通過本節(jié)課的學習,你了解了哪些知識?懂得了什么道理?有哪些收獲?
布置課后活動
展示幾幅漂亮的昆蟲標本,引出這是下節(jié)課要學習的內容,但課下需要同學們完成幾項工作:
(1)參考教材“技能卡”中提供的制作方法,準備好采集用具。
(2)以小組為單位,制定小組活動計劃,利用休息日去采集昆蟲,一定要注意采集過程中的安全問題。
(3)討論一下對捕捉到的不同昆蟲,都應該采取怎樣的處理方法?下節(jié)課各小組要講講你們在實踐中各自的做法、體會、經(jīng)驗、或教訓等,希望大家做好準備。
建議:
校園比較大,植物種類比較多,或校園外就是山坡、樹林等環(huán)境條件的學校,可以帶領學生上室外課,邊采集邊講解,然后返回實驗室,進行壓制、干燥、裝貼等處理過程,這樣做教學效果會更好些。
同學之間對制作的標本互相欣賞、評價,各小組代表發(fā)言,概括介紹活動情況。
各組分別介紹情況。
積極發(fā)言,各抒己見,講體會、感受,談經(jīng)驗、教訓,互相提問、質疑,本小組同學補充發(fā)言。
思考回答問題。
面面相覷,很多小組無法回答提問,因為采集時沒有注意這些問題。

交流采集情況,主要讓學生回憶采集過程,盡快進入角色,在交流中還將引出學習的主要內容。
學生通過實踐,感受到工具的重要,學會了使用各種采集工具,想辦法解決工具不全的問題。
在學生回答問題過程中,適時給予肯定和指正以及鼓勵性評價。有趣的事,回答離題遠的教師要及時引導。應注意的事、可借鑒的事,回答不完全教師要及時提示、補充。特別要強調注意安全問題。
學生有了實踐經(jīng)驗,就能夠正確的回答問題,但因為缺少分類學知識,教師可以將花和果實是一般高等植物的分類依據(jù),直接告訴學生。
在不斷提問過程中,引導學生回答出采集過程中的一系列問題,從學生實踐活動中,歸納總結出本節(jié)要講述的知識內容。
學會觀察,提高分析問題和解決問題的能力。
學生交流不全時,教師應該系統(tǒng)歸納標本壓制和裝貼過程。
理解人與自然和諧發(fā)展的意義,提高環(huán)境保護意識。
檢查學生對知識的掌握程度,加深對主要知識內容的理解。
關注學生的生活經(jīng)驗,激發(fā)他們以積極的情感參與學習活動。
植物標本在許多方面都有重要作用,主要供觀察、解剖、學習和研究,有的也用于美化我們的生活。
總結本節(jié)課的學習內容,促進學生對知識的掌握,訓練學生概括、歸納的能力。
采集制作昆蟲標本的整個過程,不可能都在一節(jié)課內完成,有些活動需要提前布置給學生課下進行。
提出具體要求,使學生明確要完成的主要任務。
重視安全教育,提醒學生注意。
布置課后采集活動,引起學生興趣,讓學生積極為課下實踐活動做準備。

(一)預習檢測
