(一)單詞和句型教學(xué)
1.教授單詞sunny和句型Takeanumbrella....
(1)教師詢問(wèn)學(xué)生:“Howistheweathertoday?”學(xué)生可以用“It’swarm/cold.It’sraining.”等句子來(lái)回答。如果當(dāng)天的天氣是晴朗的,教師就說(shuō):“It’ssunny.”邊說(shuō)邊在黑板上畫一個(gè)太陽(yáng),寫上sun,在單詞旁邊再寫一個(gè)sunny,讓學(xué)生理解sunny表示“晴朗的”,帶讀并操練單詞。
(2)教師拿出一把雨傘,告訴學(xué)生,早上天氣很晴朗,可是朱莉婭的媽媽卻讓她帶一把雨傘去上學(xué),這是為什么?
(3)教師播放課文錄音或教學(xué)光盤,讓學(xué)生先帶著問(wèn)題初步感知課文,聽(tīng)完課文錄音后再回答問(wèn)題。教師接著說(shuō):“Takeanumbrellawithyou.Itmayrainintheafternoon.”做動(dòng)作讓學(xué)生明白take表示“帶去”、“帶走”,是從說(shuō)話人這個(gè)地方帶到另一個(gè)地方去,學(xué)生跟讀并操練句子。
(4)教句子Itisrainingcatsanddogs.告訴學(xué)生catsanddogs是習(xí)語(yǔ),其意為“傾盆大雨”。
(5)文化滲透:告訴學(xué)生英國(guó)是世界上少有的幾個(gè)天氣異常多變的國(guó)家之一,往往是上午還是陽(yáng)光普照,下午就會(huì)大雨滂沱,一小時(shí)前還是晴空萬(wàn)里,一小時(shí)后就會(huì)霧海茫茫。
2.教學(xué)單詞cloudy和windy。
(1)教師再次播放課文錄音或教學(xué)光盤,讓學(xué)生聽(tīng)一聽(tīng)并找一找,課文中提到了哪幾種天氣狀況。
(2)教師在黑板上畫出多云和刮風(fēng)天氣圖,先在圖旁寫上cloud和wind,請(qǐng)學(xué)生認(rèn)讀,再在單詞右邊寫出cloudy和windy,出示單詞卡片,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生自主認(rèn)讀。

游戲規(guī)則:教師出示天氣圖標(biāo)卡片,請(qǐng)兩位學(xué)生上臺(tái)參與游戲。學(xué)生A抽取一張卡片,并按照卡片上的圖標(biāo)進(jìn)行表演,全班同學(xué)則用句子“Howistheweather?”來(lái)詢問(wèn)學(xué)生B,學(xué)生B用“It’s....”句型猜天氣,看看猜幾次能猜對(duì)。
(二)細(xì)讀課文,熟讀對(duì)話
1.請(qǐng)學(xué)生翻開(kāi)課本第45頁(yè),教師播放課文錄音或教學(xué)光盤。
2.教師出示句子,學(xué)生判斷正(√)、誤(×)。

1.在黑板上寫出單詞hand,bird,kid和card,讓學(xué)生先認(rèn)讀,觀察本組單詞都是以字母d結(jié)尾的,然后用紅筆逐一在每個(gè)單詞后加上s,再讓學(xué)生試著讀一讀,找一找它們的發(fā)音規(guī)律。
2.教師播放錄音讓學(xué)生跟讀幾遍,讓他們感受字母組合ds在單詞中的讀音/dz/。
3.教師再寫出幾個(gè)單詞讓學(xué)生嘗試拼讀,如:bed,friend等。
4.游戲——猜猜我在說(shuō)什么。

文化和語(yǔ)言注釋
1.—What’syourfavoriteseason,Lily?(李麗,你最喜歡哪個(gè)季節(jié)?)
—Spring.(春天。)
(1)favorite是美國(guó)英語(yǔ),英國(guó)英語(yǔ)的拼寫是favourite。這個(gè)形容詞沒(méi)有比較級(jí)或最高級(jí)。
(2)教學(xué)該單詞時(shí)可以參考課本第51頁(yè)Askandanswer.的問(wèn)題,問(wèn)學(xué)生What’syourfavoriteseason/color/food/sport/day/animal?等問(wèn)題。
2.—Why?(你為什么喜歡春天呢?)
—It’swarminspring.Treesaregreen.Wecangotoseeflowers.(春天天氣暖和,樹木變綠了,我們可以去賞花。)
(1)Why?是一個(gè)省略的特殊疑問(wèn)句,完整的問(wèn)句是:Whydoyoulikespring?
(2)季節(jié)前面的介詞用in,如:inspring,insummer。
3.Wecangoswimming.Andwehavealongvacation.(我們可以去游泳,而且我們有很長(zhǎng)的暑假。)
(1)goswimming(去游泳),類似結(jié)構(gòu)的表達(dá)法還有:goshopping(去購(gòu)物),goboating(去劃船),gofishing(去釣魚),godancing(去跳舞),goskating(去滑冰)等。
(2)vacation是“假期”的意思,暑假是summervacation,寒假是wintervacation。
4.本單元描述四個(gè)季節(jié)氣候特征的形容詞分別為warm,hot,cool和cold,教學(xué)中注意提醒學(xué)生warm和cool,hot和cold是兩組反義詞。另外在美國(guó)俚語(yǔ)里cool還指“極好的”、“好看的”,相當(dāng)于漢語(yǔ)中表示時(shí)髦的“酷”。
5.Thatswonderful.(那好極了。)
wonderful是“極好的”意思。That’swonderful.和That’sgreat.是同一個(gè)意思。
6.在以元音結(jié)尾的可數(shù)名詞后加s構(gòu)成名詞復(fù)數(shù),這時(shí)s讀作/z/,如:課本第50頁(yè)的bananas,eyes,trees,cows;第53頁(yè)的cars,chairs,flowers,boys。

(1)Summervacationiscoming.這個(gè)句型是用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)表示即將到來(lái)的事件,在本套教材三年級(jí)上冊(cè)第8單元學(xué)過(guò)TheNewYeariscoming.(新年即將到來(lái)。)
