一、教材分析
1、主題:TheOlympicGames(奧運會)
本節(jié)課是本單元的閱讀課Aninterview.描述的是古希臘的一位作家穿越時空,到現(xiàn)代社會采訪一位中國女孩的奇幻之旅,向我們展現(xiàn)了奧運會的有關(guān)知識以及古代與現(xiàn)代奧運會的異同。
2、教學目標:
知識目標:讓學生了解奧運會。
能力目標:訓練并培養(yǎng)學生的聽、說、讀、寫能力。
情感目標:讓學生學習奧運精神,熱愛運動,增強體質(zhì)。
3、教學重難點:古代與現(xiàn)代奧運會的異同,有關(guān)奧運會的英語表達方式。
4、學生分析和教學法:
當今高中生正處于好奇,求知欲強的年齡階段,尤其在素質(zhì)教育和新課改的背景下我們教學更應該突出以學生為中心,教師為指導,因此我選擇的教學法是任務型教學法和情境交際法,教具是多媒體和麥克風。
二、教學步驟
Step1Leadingin導入(預演熱身,激情導入)
給學生展示奧運會會旗、會徽、五環(huán),伴隨著08北京奧運主題曲Youandme《我和你》引入正題,激發(fā)學生學習的興趣。
Step2Fastreading快讀(霧里看花、水中望月、粗枝大葉、不求甚解)
要求學生快速瀏覽、默讀課文,敘述課文的大意,從而對課文有個大體了解。
Step3Carefulreading細讀(穿越迷霧、云開霧散、粗中有細、精益求精)
在本環(huán)節(jié)我設計了一個表格,關(guān)于古代和現(xiàn)代奧運會的異同,讓學生在細讀過程中找出答案,從而對課文有個更詳細的認識。
(溫馨提示:在學生閱讀時,教師應該走下講臺,來回走動,以便解決學生遇到的問題;在學生回答問題時,教師應多給予表揚和鼓勵。)
Step4Summary總結(jié)全文(化零為整、資源整合)
讓學生根據(jù)上述表格以及關(guān)鍵詞復述課文,進一步鞏固課文。
Step5Languagepoints語言點(講練結(jié)合、學以致用、鏈接高考)
教師呈現(xiàn)例句----學生觀察分析討論-----教師講解歸納----翻譯句子,做相關(guān)高考題。
