一、引入新課
問:自行車是用哪些材料制成?
答:鋼、鐵、橡膠等材料制成的,教師接著說明:一般我們把自行車稱為物體,鋼、鐵、橡膠等稱為物質(zhì)。這樣我們可以說:自行車這個(gè)物體是由鋼、鐵、橡膠等物質(zhì)構(gòu)成的,其它物體如:鐵釘、鐵錘、桌子、凳子等也都是由物質(zhì)構(gòu)成的。
二、新課教學(xué)
1.質(zhì)量
(1)對(duì)實(shí)物的觀察,引入質(zhì)量的概念
鐵釘和鐵錘含有鐵這種物質(zhì)的多少不同,桌子和凳子含有木這種物質(zhì)我多少不同,物理學(xué)里為了表示這性質(zhì)就引入的質(zhì)量這個(gè)物理量。
質(zhì)量是表示物體所含物質(zhì)的多少。用符號(hào):“m”表示。
(2)舉例說明物體的質(zhì)量不隨它的形狀、狀態(tài)、位置和溫度而改變。
2.質(zhì)量的單位
(1)國(guó)際單位:千克(kg)
(2)其他單位:噸(t);克(g);毫克(mg)。
(3)進(jìn)率:1噸=1000千克;1千克=1000克;1克=1000毫克。
看P103表中一些物體的質(zhì)量。
3.質(zhì)量的測(cè)量——天平
(1)介紹常用測(cè)質(zhì)量的器具:案稱;桿稱;臺(tái)稱;電子稱;天平
(2)托盤天平的構(gòu)造及使用方法
構(gòu)造:底座;橫梁;托盤;平衡螺母;指針;分度盤;游碼;標(biāo)尺
(3)天平的使用
天平的調(diào)節(jié):把天平放在水平臺(tái)上,把游碼放在標(biāo)尺左端的零刻線處;調(diào)節(jié)橫平衡螺母,使指針指在分度盤的中線處,這時(shí)橫梁平衡。
A.把被測(cè)物體放在左盤,用鑷子向右盤里加減砝碼并調(diào)節(jié)游碼在標(biāo)尺上的位置,直到橫梁恢復(fù)平衡。
B.這時(shí)盤中砝碼的總質(zhì)量加上游碼在標(biāo)尺上所對(duì)和刻度值,就等于被測(cè)物體的質(zhì)量。
教師強(qiáng)調(diào):1、調(diào)節(jié)平衡螺累母按:指針左偏就向右調(diào);右偏向左調(diào)。
2、天平調(diào)節(jié)平衡后,左右盤不能對(duì)調(diào),平衡螺母不能再動(dòng)。
3、取砝碼時(shí)一定要用鑷子。
4、往盤里加砝碼應(yīng)先估計(jì)被測(cè)物的質(zhì)量,再?gòu)拇蟮叫〖禹?br>
碼,當(dāng)加到最小一個(gè)砝碼時(shí)太重了,則應(yīng)改用移游碼。
5、游碼的讀數(shù)是讀游碼的左邊所對(duì)標(biāo)尺的刻度值。
(4)天平使用注意事項(xiàng):
A.不能超過稱量(天平的稱量=所配砝碼總質(zhì)量+游砝最大讀數(shù))。
B.取砝碼要用鑷子,并輕拿輕放。
C.保持天平干燥、清潔。

詞興起于唐,盛于宋,配樂歌唱,句式不齊,也稱長(zhǎng)短句。一首詞的字?jǐn)?shù)、句數(shù)、段數(shù)、韻律、平仄,都有固定的格式,這就是詞譜,詞人依照詞譜填詞,詞譜的名稱叫詞牌。比如《沁園春》、《虞美人》、《水調(diào)歌頭》等。今天學(xué)習(xí)的課文“沁園春”是詞牌名,雪,是這首詞的題目。
宋詞有豪放派和婉約派。豪放派氣勢(shì)豪放,意境雄渾,充滿豪情壯志,如蘇軾和辛棄疾。婉約派語言清麗含蓄,感情婉轉(zhuǎn)纏綿,情調(diào)或輕松活潑,或婉約細(xì)膩,如柳永、李清照。
2.創(chuàng)作背景與發(fā)表
這首詞寫于1936年2月。遵義會(huì)議確立了毛澤東在全黨全軍的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位。毛澤東率長(zhǎng)征部隊(duì)勝利到達(dá)陜北之后,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全黨展開反抗日本帝國(guó)主義侵略的偉大斗爭(zhēng)。在陜北清澗縣,毛澤東曾于一場(chǎng)大雪之后攀登到海拔千米、白雪覆蓋的塬上視察地形,欣賞“北國(guó)風(fēng)光”,過后寫下了這首詞。
本篇首次正式公開發(fā)表于《詩(shī)刊》1957年1月號(hào)。1945年10月,1945年日本帝國(guó)主義投降后,毛澤東親赴重慶與國(guó)民黨談判。應(yīng)柳亞子要求,親筆書寫了這首詠雪詞贈(zèng)他,11月4日,重慶《新民報(bào)》晚刊據(jù)傳抄件刊出。其后,一些報(bào)紙相繼轉(zhuǎn)載,一時(shí)轟動(dòng)山城。1951年1月8日,《文匯報(bào)》附刊曾將毛澤東同志贈(zèng)柳的墨跡制版刊出。
3.《沁園春雪》的影響
吳祖光稱毛澤東的《沁園春雪》是“睥睨六合、氣雄萬古、一空倚傍、自鑄偉詞”的第一流杰作中之杰作。
蔣介石看到《沁園春雪》后,大為震驚,為了達(dá)到他的罪惡目的,一時(shí)召集很多的反動(dòng)文人,也來寫詩(shī)填詞,歌頌國(guó)民黨,結(jié)果他們寫的詞比不管在意境方面,還是在文采方面都與毛澤東的差得遠(yuǎn)。
人民大會(huì)堂里有一幅巨幅圖畫,看后有一種似曾相識(shí)的感覺。這幅圖畫就是以《沁園春雪》為體裁創(chuàng)作的,從圖中我們可以看出一邊是“山舞銀蛇,原馳臘象”,白雪覆蓋大地的遼闊景象,一邊是旭日東升,紅日照耀著大地的壯麗景象,更顯祖國(guó)壯麗多姿。

鄭愁予原名鄭文韜,1933年出生于山東濟(jì)南。童年隨父輾轉(zhuǎn)大江南北,1949年隨家人去臺(tái)灣,1951年開始發(fā)表作品,1968年赴美,在愛荷華大學(xué)國(guó)際寫作班進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí),獲藝術(shù)碩士學(xué)位。此后一直保持沉默、很少發(fā)表作品。1973年左右再度出山,“寶刀未老”,勤耕不輟,代表作有《錯(cuò)誤》《水手刀》等,大多以旅人為抒情主人公,被稱為“浪子詩(shī)人”。現(xiàn)旅居美國(guó),為“現(xiàn)代詩(shī)社”成員,任耶魯大學(xué)東亞文學(xué)系教授。

1.朦朧詩(shī)簡(jiǎn)說
朦朧詩(shī),作為一個(gè)獨(dú)特的詩(shī)學(xué)概念,它指的是以舒婷、顧城、江河、楊煉、芒克、方含、食指、多多、梁小斌等為代表的—批“文革”中成長(zhǎng)的青年詩(shī)人的具有探索性的新詩(shī)潮。
朦朧詩(shī)孕育于“文化大革命”時(shí)期的“地下文學(xué)”。食指(郭路生)、芒充(姜世偉)、多多(栗世征)等在“文革”中就已經(jīng)開始了新的探索,其后有江河等詩(shī)人加入。他們的詩(shī)以手抄形式流傳。1979年《詩(shī)刊》發(fā)表了舒婷的《致橡樹》《祖國(guó)啊,我親愛的祖國(guó)》等,1980年又以“青春詩(shī)會(huì)”形式集中推出了17位朦朧詩(shī)人的作品和詩(shī)歌宣言。朦朧詩(shī)隨即成為一股詩(shī)歌潮流,并且涌現(xiàn)了一大批廣為流傳的代表性作品。
朦朧詩(shī)—改新詩(shī)明白如話的特點(diǎn),內(nèi)容含蓄雋永。它強(qiáng)調(diào)詩(shī)人的自我意識(shí),往往借助象征、比喻、錯(cuò)覺、幻覺等手法,變?cè)姷膯我恍蜗鬄槎鄬哟蔚囊庀蟮?,給詩(shī)蒙上一層朦朧色彩,給人以獨(dú)特的審美感受。

江河。原名于友澤,1949年生,北京人。1968年高中畢業(yè)。1980年在《上海文學(xué)》發(fā)表處女作《星星變奏曲》著有詩(shī)集《從這里開始》《太陽(yáng)和它的反光》等.是新時(shí)期朦朧詩(shī)的代表詩(shī)人之—。他的詩(shī)作當(dāng)中灌注了厚重的歷史感。以《紀(jì)念碑》等政治抒情詩(shī)和古代神話組詩(shī)《太陽(yáng)和它的反光》贏得社會(huì)矚目。

1、首先讓我們一起看下面的兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn),邊看請(qǐng)同學(xué)們開動(dòng)腦筋思考,然后談一談自己的想法,你認(rèn)為會(huì)出現(xiàn)什么樣的結(jié)果?為什么會(huì)出現(xiàn)這樣的結(jié)果?想一想:
(1)如果把小兔子、小鴿子從小關(guān)起來喂養(yǎng)而不讓他們運(yùn)動(dòng),他們長(zhǎng)大后會(huì)出現(xiàn)怎樣的`情況了?(結(jié)果是:長(zhǎng)大后看起來發(fā)育很正常,但是打開籠子以后,兔子跑不了多遠(yuǎn),就會(huì)倒地,鴿子在空中飛了幾圈就掉下來了,解發(fā)現(xiàn)原來兔子死于心臟破裂,鴿子死于動(dòng)脈撕裂)
(2)“運(yùn)動(dòng)剝奪”實(shí)驗(yàn):將20—30歲的健康男子分成兩組,要求第一組在實(shí)驗(yàn)期內(nèi)(20天)一直躺著,不許起坐,站立;第2組也做同樣的規(guī)定,不同的是允許該組每天躺著時(shí)可以在專門的器械上鍛煉4次。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí),第1組實(shí)驗(yàn)者頭昏眼花,四肢乏力,心慌氣短,肌肉酸痛和不想吃飯。第2組依然有一定的活動(dòng)能力,身體反映也沒有第1組那么強(qiáng)烈。

發(fā)展體能(速度、耐力和靈敏性)是體育(與健康)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)身體健康目標(biāo)學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)域中的重要內(nèi)容之一。發(fā)展體能的教學(xué)形式和內(nèi)容種類較多,其中各種跑的練習(xí)是最常用的方法。跑是人體最基本的運(yùn)動(dòng)能力,是所有運(yùn)動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ),也是初中學(xué)段體育(與健康)課程中田徑教學(xué)的重要組成部分。它主要包括快速跑、耐久力跑、障礙跑、接力跑、協(xié)作跑等形式。本課根據(jù)本年級(jí)學(xué)生的身心特點(diǎn),根據(jù)學(xué)校場(chǎng)地、器材等實(shí)際情況,選擇以多種跑的游戲練習(xí)為教學(xué)內(nèi)容,使學(xué)生達(dá)到發(fā)展體能的目的。
(二)教學(xué)策略
